This Privacy and Security Policy (“Policy”) applies to the website www.bonilla-chapalaw.com (“Website”). This Policy does not apply to other websites operated by B&C, such as sites contained on B&C’s internal network. These sites are governed by separate agreements.

It should be noted that simple contact through the Website does not constitute an attorney/client relationship. Only through the execution (signing) of an employment contract with the Firm does the existence of the attorney and client relationship begin.

Should we, in the future, change policy regarding the disclosure of information to third parties and then disclose your personal information to third parties, it will not be without your consent.
